Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Products can be opened and used, but must be returned with at least 50% of the original product remaining.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 775-790-4219. Include your order details with your return package.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Products that do not meet the above criteria may not be eligible for return.
